Refund Policy
This refund policy applies to all purchases made at www.voltiah.com operated by Voltiah Ltd. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. In case you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.
We are confident that you would love your purchase, however in the event that you would like to apply for a refund, please follow the process set out in this policy. Please note that if a return is sent without our authorisation, we may return the item(s) to you or charge you a restocking fee.
You have 15 days from receiving your order to:
-Inform us at the following email [email protected] that you wish to return parts or all of your order.
– We will reply with an authorization email.
– We will need to return your order within five days from the day of receiving the authorization email.
-As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you about the acceptance or not of your return. If your return is approved, you will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Some providers charge a small fee to route the refund and such fees will be deducted from your refund. You will receive the refund typically within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Voltiah Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, or any willful damage, negligence, subjection to extreme weather conditions, failure to follow Voltiah Ltd instructions, misuse of the Item(s).
In general, we do not reimburse your return shipping costs. However, in some limited circumstances such as when your item is received damaged or faulty, we will either issue you a return label or refund of your shipping cost. When returning the item(s), please use the return label issued and keep the delivery receipt. If we offer you to refund your return postage expenses and you choose an unnecessarily expensive shipping method, you will need to cover the difference between the two shipping methods.
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, contact your bank or credit card institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
Return and Shipping Policy

Delivery
Most orders are processed within [2-3] business days and usually arrive are received by the client within [7-14] days. As soon as we have handed over your order to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. We do not ship on, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to our carrier. If you do not receive your order within 20 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
My item(s) are damaged/faulty, what can I do?
If you have received a defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach pictures of the damaged/faulty item. We will revert back to you, as soon as possible with our comments. No complaint can be considered unless clear proof can be given that the product(s) are faulty or damaged.
Cancellations
You may Cancel any Order within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase by informing us about the cancelation of your order via email [email protected]
We advise you check the status of the Order before you request Cancellation since if the order has been dispatched, we will charge you for the shipping cost. Any such charges will be first be communicated to you, before we proceed with cancellation of your order.
You are entitled to Cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.
Returns
If you are Returning a product(s) for any reason, except damage or manufacturing defect, you must pay the costs of Returning the product(s) to us.
We will not accept Returns if the product(s) have been damaged, altered or by altering or customising the product(s) in any way that could be deemed as using or treating the product(s) as your own. While in your possession, you must keep any product(s) you intend to Return to us in the same condition received. Product(s) must be Returned in the same condition as received by the client. Care must be taken to ensure the Return product(s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Product(s) Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear or missing component parts may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given.
Our standard returns policy for item(s) bought is 15 days and to qualify for a full refund you must follow the procedure mentioned above and the item must be:
Voltiah Ltd will try to ensure that products are completed and delivered within the estimated time frame advised, at time of purchase. However, delays do occasionally arise due to production or shipping issues, and generally issues that are out of our control. If a delay occurs, Voltiah Ltd will inform you, as soon as, the new estimated delivery date is confirmed. Nevertheless, you will have the right to cancel such an order if it is beyond the advised by us estimated time frame.
Change of delivery address
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order and to send us an email before your order is dispatched in case you need to change the delivery address.
Delays
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these above-mentioned time frames are met. However, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will not refund the shipping cost.
