These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Voltiah LTD a company registered under the laws of Cyprus with registration number 426172 (hereinafter referred to as “us”, “our” or “we”) and set forth the legally binding terms for your use of our website.

These Terms apply to your use of our Website and Services, however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise.

VOLTIAH LTD is the owner of the current platform and owner of the website www.voltiah.com

Agreement to the Terms. Each time that you access or use our Site or Services you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms you must discontinue using the Site and Services.

Purchasing our Products or Services.  Any terms and conditions of any offer disclosed to you when ordering is deemed part of these Terms. We reserve the right to change the fees for our products and Services and will provide notice of any increase prior to your being charged.

Billing Information. When you provide payment information to us or its authorized processor, you represent that you are an authorized user of the payment card, PIN, key, account or other payment method specified by you (“Payment Method”), and you authorize us to charge such Payment Method for the full amount of the transaction. You must promptly notify us if your Payment Method is canceled (e.g., for loss or theft). If you fail to notify us, you remain responsible for any continued charges to the Payment Method you provided.

Modification to Services. We have the right to modify our Products and Services, and the Site at any time in our sole discretion
